POSITION OVERVIEW/REQUIREMENTS

Acquis Consulting Group is seeking driven consultants as outlined below:
•    7+ years of consulting experience across a range of industries, with a proven ability to lead complex client engagements
•    Serves as a strategic thought-partner to clients and internal teams, driving both small and large-scale projects from planning through execution
•    Brings experience working with mid-sized and large enterprises undergoing transformations such as strategy development, operational improvement, organizational design, digital enablement, and change management
•    Able to lead projects or programs in several core consulting domains, including corporate strategy, operational excellence, customer and commercial strategy, program management, business process redesign, and organizational effectiveness
•    Experienced in collaborating with senior executives to craft and implement strategies that enable measurable growth, improved performance or enhanced organizational alignment
•    Demonstrated success in developing, presenting, and contributing to proposals and other business development activities
•    Proven track record managing staffing, scoping, deadlines, deliverables, and project budgets
•    Strong people leadership experience including supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
•    Self-starter who contributes to internal firm-building initiatives such as capability development, knowledge creation, recruiting, or sales enablement
•    Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to executive audiences


•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team while driving independent deliverables
•    Ability to thrive in ambiguity and unstructured environments
•    Ability to create an inclusive environment across the organization
•    Passionate about enabling our clients and team members to succeed and achieve their goals
•    High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must
 
EDUCATION
•    BS or BA (Business, Finance, Engineering preferred) degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement

SALARY:
Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including individual skill set, experience, specific office location, and qualifications. For positions located in New York City only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $115-215k
