POSITION OVERVIEW
Acquis Consulting Group is seeking a driven and experienced consultant with deep expertise in operating model design and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and practical execution capability, with a proven record of helping complex organizations clarify how they are structured, governed, and run. This is a high-impact role requiring executive presence, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional engagements from assessment through strategic design and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
· 7+ years of consulting experience with a proven ability to lead complex client engagements across mid-sized and large enterprises.
· Ability to design and articulate end-to-end operating models that align structure, processes, governance, talent, and technology to organizational strategy - including current-state assessment, gap analysis, and future-state blueprinting.
· Hands-on experience redesigning organizational structures across functions or enterprise-wide, including spans and layers analysis, role clarity, reporting relationships, and accountabilities in complex or matrixed environments.
· Skilled at defining how teams, functions, and leadership layers coordinate - including RACI frameworks, decision rights, governance forums, and cross-functional operating rhythms that reduce friction and drive accountability.
· Demonstrated ability to engage and advise C-suite stakeholders, lead executive working sessions, and present recommendations at the senior leadership level with confidence and credibility.
· Proven experience designing and facilitating high-stakes workshops with senior leaders and cross-functional teams - including future-state visioning, design sprints, and alignment sessions that drive actionable decisions.
· Demonstrated success developing, presenting, and contributing to proposals; active participant in sales enablement, client relationship management, and firm-building initiatives.
· Strong track record supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior team members; fostering an inclusive team environment and contributing to internal capability development and knowledge creation.
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear insights, recommendations, and roadmaps for executive audiences.
· High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
EDUCATION
· BS or BA (Business, Finance, Engineering preferred) degree with outstanding record of academic achievement.

SALARY:
Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including individual skill set, experience, specific office location, and qualifications. For positions located in New York City only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $115-215k
